I'm obsessing a bit about these little gems....
Dillon's had them on sale - 10 for $10. I walked in the door with my cache to hear my husband exclaim, "What in the world are you going to do with all of those??"
I have loads of ideas! I sautee them in olive oil to add to my favorite chicken fettucine alfredo....The other night, I totally filled up on a plate of sauteed brussel sprouts and...red pepper strips. I toss them in my fresh green salads...They're a great snack on their own.
